Our theme for Aloette’s 2016 International Conference was Living the Dream, and that’s exactly how I felt all weekend long. As the Vice President of Sales it is my dream to watch our members of Aloette grow and find success that they have never thought possible, and that’s exactly what happened when we took Disney’s capital by storm. I am so incredibly proud of our franchise owners and beauty consultants who celebrated their achievements and I cannot wait to march to 1000 beauty consultants at Canada’s bicentennial when we go OTTAWILD in 2017! I wanted to take a moment to share with you my personal highlights from this year’s International Conference:

Our Franchise Owner Cocktail Hour. On Wednesday night we celebrated our franchise owners with an exclusive cocktail party. It was so nice to mingle with the boss babes of Aloette before Conference officially began! We wined and dined as we recognized growth in their Aloette businesses. I can’t wait to do it again!

Our Five Minute Facial Party. This was too much fun! Our President Cathy McKenna and VP of Marketing Julie Campbell showed our Facebook fans how to use our new Five Minute Facial Prestige Exfoliating Treatment while we gave away prizes to the audience.

Makeover madness. We launched so many new products in Beauty by Aloette that we had to make sure no one left without a new look worthy of an insta-famous moment!

The Cinderella Ball. Gala evenings are always a highlight for me during Conference. I loved our Cinderella theme and was thrilled to recognize our beauty consultants with pristine pearl jewelry.

We had some incredible winning moments too; from our new consultant Amber Brigg’s moving speech to Jennifer Cook Conrad’s daughter rushing the stage when she won queen of sales, the evening felt like a dream come true for myself and so many others!

Yoga on the Green. What an amazing way to start day 2 of Conference! Kristen Jones, franchise owner of Aloette of Central Coast California, lead an amazingly motivational yoga session on Saturday morning. After yoga I was pumped up and ready to take another day by storm!

The after party. Our VIP after party was too much fun! We held an exclusive private event with top earning beauty consultants featuring two awesome bands that helped us dance the night away!
